1. About DigiMake

DigiMake ("we", "us") is a small personal digital storefront operated from South Africa, selling digital products (templates, PDFs, forms and guides) for dog owners and small pet-care businesses. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). Contact: digipetmake@gmail.com.

2. Nature of Products

All products sold on DigiMake are digital downloads delivered by email. No physical goods are shipped and no subscriptions are charged — every purchase is a one-time digital delivery.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order you confirm that the information provided is accurate. Payment is processed in ZAR through our payment provider. Your download link is emailed to the address you provide at checkout after payment is confirmed.

4. License and Use

When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use it for yourself or your own small business. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files publicly. You may rebrand templates for use in your own business only.

5. Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. See our Refund Policy for exceptions (e.g. corrupt files or wrong item delivered).

6. Intellectual Property

All content, files, templates and guides remain the intellectual property of DigiMake. Screenshots, previews and copy on this site may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

DigiMake products are provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our templates, guides or forms. Guides are educational and do not replace professional veterinary, legal or business advice.

8. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to fulfil your order (name, email, optional phone). We do not sell your data. Payment information is handled by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
